Turtle: There’s nothing shady going on over here Teix.
Mark: Well Turtle, when a guy tells you he needs 250 grand, and you say okay.
And then he says, well, actually now I need 500 grand, it sounds shady.
Turtle: The restaurant square footage doubled but so will the profits.
Mark: How much more are you putting in?
Turtle: I’m putting every dime I have Teix. I don’t have anymore.
Mark: Well neither do I.
Turtle: Come on, you got an eight-year-180 million dollar contract..
Mark: I’ve also got three kids in private school in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Turtle: Yeah but..
Mark: You don’t have three kids in private school in Greenwich, Connecticut do you Turtle?
Turtle: No..
Mark: Well you don’t know how expensive it is then do you?
Turtle: No.
Mark: Turtle, find another way. And don’t try to guilt me. It doesn’t work.
